- Valid ID Required: All operators must present a valid government-issued photo ID. Renters must meet all Florida boating requirements, including any required boating safety certification if applicable. - Safety First: A safety briefing will be provided before departure and must be followed at all times. Life jackets are required while on the water. No reckless driving, racing, wake jumping, or operating in restricted/no-wake zones. - No Alcohol or Drugs: Operating a jet ski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Your rental will be canceled without a refund if you appear impaired. - Damage Responsibility: The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, towing fees, or negligence that occurs during the rental period. Repair costs exceeding any security deposit remain the renter’s responsibility. - Late Returns: Please return the jet ski on time. Late returns may result in additional charges if they impact other bookings. - Weather Policy: If unsafe weather prevents the rental, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation. - No-Shows & Cancellations: No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable unless canceled by us due to unsafe conditions. - Respect the Equipment: Treat the jet ski as if it were your own. Excessive abuse, beaching the ski, or violating safety instructions may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund. - Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for check-in, Late arrivals may reduce your ride time.
