Weather & Cancellation Policy Captain’s Discretion: Cancellations due to hazardous weather (e.g., small craft advisories, lightning, severe storms, or heavy winds) are made at the Captain’s sole discretion for safety. Rescheduling & Refunds: If a trip is canceled due to severe weather prior to departure, guests receive the option to reschedule for a future date or receive a full refund. Passing Rain: Scattered light showers typical of coastal weather do not qualify for free cancellations unless conditions become unsafe. 2. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy Late Arrivals: The booking clock begins at the scheduled reservation start time. Late guest arrivals will deduct time from the total trip length without a partial refund or extension. No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive within 30 to 45 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice are deemed a "no-show," resulting in cancellation without a refund. 3. Safety Considerations USCG Safety Gear: All required USCG-approved safety equipment (life jackets, throw devices, flares, first aid) is provided on board. Life Jacket Mandates: Children under the age of 6 (or as local regulations dictate) must wear a properly fitted USCG-approved life jacket at all times while underway.
