Canoe Tour in Kotzen, Germany

Beach Camping Our canoe station is about 30 km southwest of Berlin on the edge of the Havel country - on a chain of several lakes, which are connected via the Emsterkanal also with Havel. Our little wilderness we have right outside the front door. The European bird sanctuary "Rietzer Lake" begins just north of us and is ideal for trips in a day trip with our Kayaks and canoes. With a little luck, this might Kingfisher, beaver or simply watch a grass snake.  For Canoeing we are a good starting point. You traverse the bird sanctuary and reached in about three hours, the Havel with its numerous tributaries, lakes and islands. Then you can continue paddling to Werder or on the Western Havelseen disk or turn in Brandenburg on the Beetzsee chain.  The equipment - water maps and packing bags, if desired tent and stove - we give you with.
