In the first lesson we go over safety first which is our priority. After the spots for beginners have a white sandy bottom and are no more than 3 ft deep, which makes for a very secure and safe feeling. You are guaranteed to get hooked on surfing after riding your first wave. So come take a lesson and catch the ride of your life, it will be nothing but smiles. Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you have to cancel an appointment. As our clients, we hope that you understand that our schedules are very tight and as they say, “time is money.” We feel that we have a very fair cancellation policy that allows the client to give proper notice and not be penalized for the cancellation. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully: • Clients must cancel out of a class or training session with at least 24 hours’ notice. • If you cancel within the 24-hour time period of the start time of the class/session, you will be charged for that class/session. • Each client will have one free “no show” per package purchased, meaning they can late cancel once per package and not be penalized. • Session cancellations need to be done by contacting the trainer directly.
