Free cancellation up to 2 days before your trip.

Minimum of 2 hour captained charter. Passengers will sign waiver at time of charter. Charter customer's may bring what they like to eat or drink and ice will be provided complimentary. No illicit or regulated drugs are allowed onboard. Please no black soled shoes onboard the boat. Well behaved dogs are allowed. Any damage caused to the charter boat due to spillage or otherwise abuse of the vessel by the charter members with be reimbursed to charter company post charter at the charter operators discretion. Cancellations of charters due to weather or otherwise are solely at the discretion of the charter operator. Captain and charter company reserve the right to cancel or cut short a charter for any reason, including impending bad weather or conduct of the charter passengers and/or their minor children or pets. Children 6 or under must wear a provided life vest at all times during the charter per Coast Guard regulation.
