Other Public Holidays: - All public holidays not noted above incur a 20% surcharge to boat hire and waitstaff fees. New Year’s Eve - 6:00pm to 1:00am (7hrs): - $51,500 BYO charter - $58,950 all-inclusive food and beverage package - Rates based on 40 guests. Additional guests up to 49 @ $600pp BYO or $900 per person all inclusive BYO Fees: - BYO Food: $10 per person ($250 minimum charge) includes use of cooking facilities and equipment. - BYO Beverages: $25 per person (includes ice and glassware and cool storage). Please note: BYO beverages are not permitted Thursday to Saturday in December (prior to Christmas). Waitstaff: - 1-9 guests: one waitstaff - 10-20 guests: two waitstaff - 21-36 guests: three waitstaff. - 37-49 guests: four waitstaff Note: $350 per waitstaff for 4 hours. Additional hours at $75 per hour. Surcharges: Manly and Middle Harbour travel surcharge (on application and subject to approval): $200 for each pick-up drop-off in Manly / Middle Harbour. North shore and Northern Beaches residents can avoid the travel surcharge by using Mosman Bay wharf.
