We reserve the right to cancel for any reason. A refund will be issued for weather cancelations if rebooking is not a possibility. No refunds will be given for no-show bookings and no extensions to the itinerary will be given for late arrivals. All safety equipment will be provided. All necessary gear will be provided. All passengers participating in the snorkeling and swimming activities will must know how to swim without aid. This is a non smoking vessel and no weapons will be permitted.
