It boasts three luxurious bedrooms, a spacious lounge area with comfortable cushioned seating, and both upper and lower decks. The yacht is equipped with a BBQ grill (available on request), bathrooms, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a music system, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable journey. WHAT’S INCLUDED Your booking includes the captain's fee and crew service charges. Additionally, the following amenities are included: a music system, bathrooms, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a BBQ grill (available on request). Complimentary refreshments include unlimited soft drinks, water, ice cubes, and fishing equipment with bait upon request for fishing trips. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED Food is not provided, but there are various food options available for an additional cost. Tips for the captain and crew are not included but are always appreciated. Pickup and drop-off services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW For weekday bookings of 5 hours or more, you will receive a complimentary 30-minute Jetski ride. The yacht is perfect for private celebrations, with customizable options like balloon decorations and themed events. Yacht Rental Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Timeframe & Refund Eligibility - Cancellations made 30 days (1 month) or more before the booking date: - - Full refund of the deposit/rental fee, minus a 5% administrative fee. - Cancellations made within 30 days (1 month) of the booking date: - - No refund will be issued. - Exceptions may apply only for documented emergencies (e.g., severe weather, medical crises) at the company’s discretion. 2. Rescheduling - Rescheduling is permitted only if requested 30+ days before the original booking date, subject to yacht availability. - Rescheduling within 30 days may incur a 15% rebooking fee. 3. No-Shows - Failure to arrive for the booked date/time will result in full forfeiture of payment. 4. Force Majeure - No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, political unrest). - Guests may reschedule (no fee) or receive a 50% credit for future bookings. 5. How to Cancel - Submit written cancellation via email to Support@getmybaot.com or through the booking portal. - Phone cancellations are not valid without written confirmation.
