Free cancellation up to 5 days before your trip.

**Cancellation Policy:** To cancel your reservation, a 5-day notice is required. This allows us time to rebook your slot. Cancellations must be processed through Getmyboat, not via telephone. Please note, no cancellations are accepted for holidays or holiday weekends. Plan accordingly. **Weather Cancellation Policy:** - Automatic Cancellation: Heavy rain or lightning. - Optional Tour: Light scattered rain. - Notification: We will notify you in case of cancellations. - Forecast Consideration: Only a 24-hour forecast from your reservation time is considered valid for cancellations. There is no charge if we determine the need for cancellation, and confirmation will be sent via email through Getmyboat. **Tipping Policy:** A mandatory 20% tip is required for the Captain at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to deduct this tip or any unpaid amount equaling 20% of the total. **Terms and Conditions:** Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation. **Important Notes:** - No Pets - No Styrofoam Coolers - No Glass bottles of any kind except champagne
