Additional Terms & Information

Booking price is per Boat, not per person for your convenience. So your boat is for your group only. There may be other groups in thier own boats, should you book just 1 or 2 boats. A booking of 3 boats is classified as a private tour. A booking of 1 boat can be classified as private tour, if allowed by management, so please speak to us in advance. Each Boat carries 3 Adults + 2 Children of reasonable build. If Unsafe to fit, Guest will need to book an additional boat, to ensure no tight squeeze (safety, First!). All Bookings are weather dependant. Alternate date will be offered to Guest if cancelled from our side. Rarely do tours get cancelled, adverse weather is rare in Dubai. All Guests take care of the Boats or pay for damaged incurred, a minimum is 1000AED to factor in inflation. They can check the boat before usage. All Guests must bring thier valid Passports for verification during the tour. These are Coast Guard rules. 100% refund on cancellation, if only 2 days i.e 48hours in advance of booked tour time. Must wear a life jacket always & follow ALL the instructions of your Tour Guide. You will be asked to sign a basic waiver including these terms mentioned here & but not limited to these but will involve the safety of life & craft when you arrive. We do not have any hidden terms & conditions so read all carefully before signing this. These Boats do not require a Boating License. But please follow the local rules that your Guide will enforce during the tour. Swimming is allowed & will be time controlled (unless to add hours subject to availability), so bring your own swim-wear or sunscreen protection or glasses or hats. Be Water Ready! Snorkels or diving gear not required. If you exceed your time in reasonable circumstances (15mins over your normal booking), you will be charged per hour rates. You will be advised & guided constantly on this through the tour. Guests must be onsite (where the boats are located) atleast 15mins prior to the confirmed tour timings, to allow for a safety briefing. You must use the washrooms or changing rooms before this time as well, contact your Guide or Customer care for any assistance in planning your arrival.
