For an unforgettably fun and knowledgeable experience, come spend a day with me on Lake Lanier. Trip Check List: Please plan on bringing any food or special drinks you would like for the day with you. I will have water and ice on the boat, and I have 2 coolers for storage. I also will have life preservers on the boat. Please let me know if you require any special sizes for the life vests. Feel free to bring your own equipment if you like, but you are also welcome to use mine as well. I will always have sunscreen on the boat as well. Youth Mentorship Program Being a father of 3 himself, he understands how to connect with and teach young men and women the sport of bass fishing. Whether your young man or woman is a novice or a tournament competitor looking to polish his or her game, don’t hesitate to contact us for a class on the water! Seminar Our guide often hosts seminars in the Lake Lanier area. These events offer comfortable learning environments for new anglers, experienced anglers, and tournament anglers alike. Learn the specifics of how to fish Lake Lanier in a classroom setting while enjoying fellowship and networking with other anglers. He also invites vendors to these events that offer the best in lures and equipment needed to fish Lake Lanier. These events are well attended and have sold out in the past. Additional Terms & Information
The Weather Please understand that fishing is an outdoor activity. If inclement weather is in the forecast, please make sure to bring appropriate attire (Ex – Rain Suit). Your trip will run on the day scheduled regardless of weather conditions, unless weather conditions are dangerous (lightening, tornado, blizzard, etc.) If dangerous weather arises during the trip, the trip will be paused and safe shelter will be sought. After the danger has passed, the trip will resume. Cancellations of trips due to non-dangerous weather conditions will result in forfeited deposit and/or any prepayments. Please understand that broken equipment or lost lures will cost extra beyond the fare cost. I request a deposit in advance for all trips booked at the time of booking. Once the deposit or full payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation of the trip will result in forfeited deposit or full payment. Finally, please understand that we exclusively practice catch and release. Fishing License All persons over the age of 16 are required to have a valid Fishing License. Please make sure you have a valid GA Fishing License. If not, you may purchase one at Hammonds that morning, or in advance at the GA DNR website. Also, life vest laws in Georgia with regard to children have recently changed. ALL children 13 years of age or younger must wear a life vest the ENTIRE time they are on the boat. Please make note of this important law and if your child requires a special size vest or owns his/her own vest, please make the proper arrangements in advance or bring a vest with you the day of the trip.
