   We had a wonderful 2-hour boat ride with Alessio and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! There was a small misunderstanding at first—Alessio initially thought we had reserved a self-riding boat—but once he realized our actual booking, everything was quickly sorted out. From that point on, he was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. He adjusted the ride to match our preferences, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery and relax. His local insights and easygoing nature made the whole experience feel special and personal. A perfect way to spend time on the water—highly recommended!

   Alesso went above and beyond on our reservation. We arrived late which he was very patient to wait. Paperwork and overview of the boat was a breeze. The location where the boat is kept is phenomenal! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we were late for drop off. Communicated with Alesso on the delay and he was more then accommodating. Just for reference, Alesso's rental was the cheapest on the lake for the hourly rate plus vessel was well taken care of. The additional hours that we went over was even a more fair rate. This Madd our day on the water experience ! Would highly recommend. We spent an hour driving from Lenno to Lecco to pick up and drop of the boat. I would not hesitate again to do the same!

   Perfect contact with Andrea and Asia from Andrea's team. Asia was very helpful in rescheduling the boat rental due to the weather conditions. Boat handover process was very smooth and quick. Location of the boat pickup in Fuscina is very easy to access via boat from Zattere. I have received very clear map of Venice Lagoon which was very helpful during our trip. Actual boat specification was fully in compliance in accordance with the offer. We have spent a great day in the Venice Lagoon - visiting Torcello, St. Erasmo, Burano and Murano. Thank you very much!
