   Awesome communication via the app leading up to the boat ride, I think day of I had trouble reaching Ellen to figure out where exactly to go (which dock, who the captain was) but she had unexpected phone troubles that day and in the end we only got delayed 15 minutes. The experience was awesome, captain was great, food was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I really appreciated how flexible the itinerary was and how careful the team was with selecting food for our dietary restrictions. Thank you, would recommend to anyone!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our private boat experience to Icacos Island was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico trip! The island was breathtaking, crystal clear turquoise water, soft white sand beaches, and the most beautiful scenery we’ve ever seen. It truly felt like paradise. And best of all, ask for Cesar! He was hands down the BEST captain. Super attentive, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. From making sure we had everything we needed, to helping with food and drinks, to being our DJ and keeping the vibes fun all day long with great music, he made the entire experience even more special. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Five stars all the way, and we will absolutely be back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Rico!

   Captain Cesar was a fantastic guide and gave us an amazing trip. Our entire family had the best time swimming in beautiful turquoise water with the tortugas and colorful fish. The experience provided by Cesar was amazing. He played the music my wife loved and made sure our family had a great time.

   Had a great experience. Everything was very simple. Had some windy weather but Caesar was great navigating the rough water. Got to the island and was able to relax. Lots of sea turtles. Great experience all around.

   Thank you Ellen for helping organize our recent boat day — the experience on the water was beautiful, and we really appreciated the opportunity to get out and enjoy it. That said, I wanted to share some honest feedback. I’ve used your services in the past and remembered there being more generous inclusions, especially when it came to food and drinks. This time, the only lunch food offered was cheeseburgers, and there were little to no drinks provided — including alcohol. You had mentioned we only needed to bring towels and sunscreen, so we were caught off guard and had to purchase alcohol ourselves. Given the cost of the day, we were expecting more to be included, based on our previous experiences. It ended up being an additional and unexpected expense, which was disappointing. You also mentioned that you’d be refunding me for the first mate. Could you let me know how and when I can expect to receive that?

   A+ communication the entire time. Impressive boat with tons of amenities, paddle board/kayak/floats/beach chairs/umbrella/music/snacks/lunch/drinks for adults and kids etc…. Captain and crew were punctual, professional, courteous and most important, safe on the water at all times. Very knowledgeable and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Would definitely recommend and use everytime we are in PR!!!
