   We had an incredible experience aboard Encore with Captain Max! I booked the boat for my engagement, and when rain threatened our original date, Max was extremely understanding and worked with me to move the reservation so the moment could still be everything I had planned. He was communicative, flexible, and genuinely invested in helping make the occasion special. The boat was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Once we were aboard, Max made us feel completely at ease and gave us the perfect experience on the water. This was one of the most important and memorable days of our lives, and Max played a huge role in making it happen. I truly appreciate how accommodating he was throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend Captain Max and Encore more highly!

From the moment we stepped onboard, the captain and his crew were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything to make sure we had a great experience. They went above and beyond to keep the party going while making us feel comfortable and taken care of the entire trip. The food was outstanding—the tacos were absolutely amazing and so delicious! The drinks were just as great and kept flowing throughout the day. The combination of the beautiful scenery, fantastic service, delicious food, and fun atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this yacht charter to anyone visiting Cabo. The yacht was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the trip. A special thank you to Captain Nathan Arcia and First Mate Marianela Haedo, who were exceptional throughout the day. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The entire crew went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a memorable experience. The scenery, atmosphere, and service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this yacht trip to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organized experience.    Our experience was great from start to finish. Felipe was the person who communicated with us at the beginning of the booking. He set up the connection and got us in touch with Tony, and he was very patient and a great communicator the whole way through, right up until we met with Tony. Our captain Tony was incredible. As soon as you arrive, Tony meets you at the meeting point and shows you where to park, then takes you straight to your boat. From there, he makes sure you have everything you need. The boat has coolers packed with water and your drinks, and Tony shows you how to connect your music to the boat’s Bose sound system, which sets the vibe just right for your trip. You can hang out up on the deck or head downstairs to the room inside the boat. You’re free to party and enjoy the boat for however long you booked. Tony also has someone on board to help take pictures of you if you want them, and he’ll stop wherever you’d like so you can swim in the ocean. Whatever you want, Tony’s there to accommodate you! It was an excellent experience overall. Big thanks to Felipe and Tony — I’d definitely recommend them!

   Our family truly enjoyed the day on the water in the private charter. The food, drinks, and service were top notch! The crew was very attentive to our requests. The views were amazing and we enjoyed being able to snorkel and float on the floating pads. Next time we’re in Cabo, we’ll be looking to do it all over again.
