   Captain Karl and Lucia great and super helpful with the trip. My party had a great time and they were very accommodating with everything. Communication was key as well as expectations set so great experience and everyone enjoyed them selves and were safe the entire time .

   Dan , made our trip special with our family . we had a group of 16 mix of adults teens and toddlers and it was a good time for everyone ! we all had so much fun! He showed us around some beautiful views of the lake . Dan was professional and friendly. we can’t wait to come back next summer

   While the captain and stewardess were excellent, the trip itself was not the best experience paid for. The owner reached out at the beginning of the charter asking if we wanted to stop by his house to repair the a/c inside the boat. I declined and informed him we will simply remain outside. He agreed. 10 minutes later the captain tells me he’s stopping for gas and shouldn’t take long. First bad occurrence. This stop took 40 minutes out of our 4 hour charter. 20 minutes after, I’m told we are stopping AGAIN because the owner wanted to try and repair the a/c anyway after declining. This was not a quick fix and took another 45 minutes. After applying the ‘fix’ it was broken again after 5 minutes. The owner tried to be accommodating for another charter but placed responsibility on myself for additional costs that I did not feel was justified. I declined and requested a partial refund. The experience was good until the owner did not respect the requests to not bite into my time on the charter.

   First off, Ibra absolutely saved my birthday! Another driver, Baxi, canceled our trip just two hours before we were supposed to leave. Ibra responded immediately without any hesitation and got us rebooked. From the moment we met him, he was personable, fun, and made the entire experience so much better. I couldn’t have asked for a better driver!

   Captain Dan made our first lake experience an AWESOME ONE & it was a hot day at 120 degrees! He made sure we stayed safe, but also made sure that it was a fun time. He was punctual, friendly and professional. He took us to great spots where our kiddos could have a fun time as well. He had all the equipment we needed like ice chests, life vests, floaties and a Lilly pad and ofcourse a HUGE JBL speaker that we were able to connect to and play our favorite music. We will definitely book Dan for our next lake day!!

   Kurt had a great boat. The process was very quick and easy. The boat was in great condition and very smooth on the water. My family would book again in the future 100%!
