   Had a really great experience thanks to Paul and his attentive crew! I appreciated the communication prior to the scheduled cruise date of what to expect and anything else we would like to include on our 3 hour ride. The boat size was perfect for the size of our party which was at the boat’s maximum capacity. Everything was very seamless and went well over my expectations.

   Sorry for the very late review! I took this boat ride about 3 years ago, and it was such an amazing experience. The views were beautiful, the ride was relaxing, and I had a great time. Gene and his crew took care of us and made my sisters party amazing. Highly recommend!

   We had an incredible experience aboard Encore with Captain Max! I booked the boat for my engagement, and when rain threatened our original date, Max was extremely understanding and worked with me to move the reservation so the moment could still be everything I had planned. He was communicative, flexible, and genuinely invested in helping make the occasion special. The boat was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Once we were aboard, Max made us feel completely at ease and gave us the perfect experience on the water. This was one of the most important and memorable days of our lives, and Max played a huge role in making it happen. I truly appreciate how accommodating he was throughout the entire process. I couldn’t recommend Captain Max and Encore more highly!

   Mark and Trish were phenomenal hosts. There were high odds of it raining and he offered us alternatives which was extremely nice of him due to the fact that we were coming from NYC. They were very helpful and extremely communicative. I would highly recommend and rent out again.

   We had an incredible experience celebrating my 21st birthday on the yacht! From start to finish, the captain, bartender, and entire staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone had an amazing time. The boat was beautiful, the views were unforgettable, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration with friends and family. The bartender was fantastic and kept the drinks flowing all night, and the crew did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone in my group had such a great time, and we're still talking about it days later. Everyone was super nice and assisted with setting up and everything. The only minor thing is that we returned to the marina a little earlier than expected, around 10:30 PM, despite our booking running until 11:00 PM. It wasn't a major issue, and it didn't take away from the experience, but a heads-up beforehand would have been appreciated. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you to the captain, bartender, and crew for helping create such a special and memorable night. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun and stress-free private event on the water!
