   We had a fantastic experience renting from Dima and Anne. From start to finish, they were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly easy to deal with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable before heading out, and genuinely cared that we had a great day. The boat was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, making everything stress-free. If you’re thinking about renting a boat, I highly recommend booking with Dima and Anne. Their hospitality and professionalism made for an amazing experience, and we’d gladly rent from them again.

   We had a wonderful time on Gord’s boat. He is a fantastic host and he made sure we had everything we needed, and even bbqed our burgers perfectly for us! We also appreciated having an experienced captain who is very safety conscious. The boat is very spacious and there was lots of room for us all.

   Anna and Dima were excellent hosts. They provided great hospitality. The boats are clean and comfortable but are not very easy to board or navigate while on board. The seating in the fly bridge is very comfortable, once you are able to get up the ladder. The hosts are very accommodating, and we all enjoyed the fireworks show.

   We booked a last-minute sunset cruise, knowing the weather might not cooperate. Dima was incredibly honest and upfront, letting us know in advance that the conditions might not be ideal and even offered to rebook us for a sunnier day. We decided to go ahead anyway, and we’re so glad we did. Unfortunately, my friend slipped on the boat while wearing socks and injured her ankle. Ana & Dima went above and beyond to help. They immediately bandaged her foot, brought ice to reduce the swelling, made her a warm cup of tea, and even assisted her safely off the boat afterward. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned a stressful situation into one where we felt completely looked after. Thank you, Ana & Dima, for your exceptional hospitality and compassion. We truly appreciated everything you did for us and would not hesitate to rebook or recommend you to others. - loved the group pictures that Ana captured!

   I booked this experience for my partner’s birthday. Captain Freddy and the captain who drove us around were both pleasant people. However, when we got on the boat, we noticed it was quite dirty and messy in the interior portion. The cups and cutlery as advertised were difficult to find and there were not enough. We asked if there would be ice available on board and he advised it would be all used up by the earlier charter guests, so we would have to provide our own. We also booked the trip for 5pm, and were told just a few days prior that we would have to start at 5:30 instead because the earlier charter would be coming in at 5 (we had a bit of a tight schedule due to dinner reservations after the boat). None of this is the end of the world, but for over $500 an hour, we expected a luxury service, which we did not feel we got. We also didn’t love feeling like we got the “short end of the stick” because the boat had other guests earlier in the day re: the ice and the start time. While the boat was still nice, I probably wouldn’t book again just due to the price versus the experience we got.

   We had an amazing time on the yacht! Hardy and the captain were both incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The yacht was beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better day on the water. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable outing we would absolutely book again.
