   Doug's boat rental was awesome. The boat was clean, looked great, and my family had an amazing time out on the water. The location at Navy Pier made everything super convenient—we were able to get on the river quickly without wasting time, which was a big plus. The captain and his assistant were fantastic too. They were really attentive and made sure we were taken care of the entire trip. Highly recommend Doug if you’re looking for an easy and enjoyable boat rental experience in Chicago.

   I highly recommend booking with Armand. He made the booking process simple, answered all of my questions and provided an amazing experience for my friends and I. Captain Craig and Richie were amazing. They made sure that everything on board was all set when we arrived and that everyone was having a safe and fun experience.    Paul and Seba were excellent hosts. The boat was clean, ready to go on time, and exceptionally flexible when we were a little bit late. Additionally they had great suggestions on where to go and how to spend time on the water. We plan to book with them again before the end of the year!

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Captain D and his crew were absolutely amazing! Great vibes from start to finish, excellent service, and an overall 5-star experience. If I could give more than five stars, I would. This was our second time booking with them, and we loved every minute of it. They made the entire trip fun, relaxing, and memorable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience on the water!

   the staff is so great. patient, kind and understanding. we made a very last minute booking and they were extremely accommodating and flexible. the service was tremendous. the bathroom was CLEAN. which is huge for a mostly girl group. 12/10, no notes

   Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we stepped onto the boat, the crew greeted us so warmly, showed us where to put our things, got us settled in, and made sure we were comfortable before we set off. They ran through the basic rules in a friendly, easygoing way, and you could tell right away these are down-to-earth, genuine people. It honestly felt like being welcomed by family. The boat itself is gorgeous. It's calm, incredibly spacious, and honestly the photos don't do it justice — it's even bigger than it looks, and the inside is beautiful. There's so much room whether you want to sit up front, in the back, or relax inside, so there's plenty of space for friends and family. The scenery was stunning the whole way through, and everyone in my group loved every minute of it. This was the best 4th of July I've had in a while, and I'm so glad we got to spend it with them. I really appreciate how friendly and welcoming they were. I'll absolutely be coming back in the future — thank you so much for such a wonderful time. Highly recommend!
