Enjoyed our yacht experience to Isla Mujeres through Alex! We booked for 6 hours which was the right amount of time without feeling rush. Alex was very responsive so no issues with communication. The yacht itself was better than the pictures though we did get a complimentary upgrade for my group of 15. Yacht was very clean with enough space for my group. The crew were amazing as well. They listened to what we wanted to do and gave their suggestions. At Isla, the crew went above and beyond to make sure we get to the shallow part safely and enjoy the beautiful water. Most of us were not strong swimmers and they found a way to make sure we were safe.

The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and we felt very safe with them. The captain brought us to a coral site to snorkel where there were very little tourists. Our young kids had an amazing time. Love the trip on Alex's boat. The boat was amazing, super clean and the crew was awesome. We snorkled at the ship wreck had an amazing cruise to Isla Mujeres and chilled on the beach.
