From start to finish, his team was professional, welcoming, and genuinely made sure we had an unforgettable experience. The energy, the service, and the attention to detail were all top tier. They made us feel taken care of while still allowing us to fully enjoy the moment. To be honest, we had such a great time that we tried to book them again for later that same day. Unfortunately, they were already booked with a 2pm tour, which tells you everything you need to know about how in demand they are. I cannot thank these guys enough for making this boat day one to truly remember for our 30th Girls Trip!! We had an absolute ball. Meeting/pickup from the resort was seamless. The captain met us at the dock, we boarded and got situated. They dropped us off at our excursion to do the mud bath and arranged our taxi service. Then they stopped us at the beach for lunch (which was delicious) and we partied and swam in the sea for the rest of the day! Jay was an absolute angel to our group! He meshed with our personalities very well. He was hospitable, took group pictures for us that’ll last a lifetime and cooked us the best pizza that held us over til lunch.
