This was 1000% the way to go for boat rental! Derrick was absolutely incredible. We found him through a Gemini AI search and we couldn’t be happier! The boat was well maintained and came with everything we needed including complementary gas and tubes so we could just enjoy our time on the lake! He was so flexible with drop off and pick up and made the experience so relational and positive for our family!

Evelyn was super easy to work with, prompt and responded quickly to my questions. The pick-up and drop-off process was easy. Her boat was in great shape and had a powerful engine. If you are looking for a boat just to have fun, fish, and enjoy the day, it is perfect. Do note that there is not a transom-mounted tow bar for pulling someone on a tube.

Grant was an amazing captain and our group had the best time! He knows so much about the history of the city which was great to hear about. 10/10 experience — I would absolutely book with him again. The owner was also our captain, and he was exceptional from beginning to end. He was incredibly communicative, professional, respectful, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. He constantly checked the weather, kept us informed, answered every question, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect and we had some rain, but that was obviously outside of everyone’s control. Even with that, he still gave us a beautiful ride and took us to a gorgeous island. One thing I especially appreciated was how kind and patient he was with our group. We were a mixed group of Spanish and English speakers, and for many of us English is a second language. He was always respectful, patient, and willing to repeat or explain things when needed. That level of kindness and professionalism really stood out to all of us. He also went above and beyond after the trip by helping us resolve a partial refund due to the weather interruption, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Honestly, nothing bad to say at all. Amazing experience, amazing attitude, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely book with him again if I return to St. Augustine.
