I originally booked the sunset tour, but with Puerto Rico’s daily afternoon rain, I was concerned the weather would impact our trip. I reached out to Martin, and once again, he responded promptly and was very accommodating with rescheduling. When boat day finally arrived, it exceeded all expectations. The boat was spotless, well-prepared, and stocked with drinks and treats. Martin and David were both onboard, and they were phenomenal hosts—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience. The music was perfect, and Martin even brought out a drone to capture stunning aerial photos of our group, which was such a special touch. It was an outstanding and unforgettable experience. Nathan was our Captain on the boat. He was a very nice young man. We had an issue with the music not working properly and they made it right for us. It was a one hour ride down the river to a little sandbar area. We loved the water slide. After relaxing at the sandbar for an hour, it was another hour back to the dock down the river. All the staff were great. Boat was clean and perfect for families. I recommend Nathan, but I bet Ace and the others are just as great. Thank you Nathan!
