   Tom was easy to work with; he made sure our group had a recommended rental. When one of the jet ski’s went down; Tom was responsive and came to assess what was going on immediately. After checking on the jet ski, he brought us two new upgraded replacements! Tom is a normal guy that is trying to service lake goers with recreation and family memories. Our family will definitely use Tom and his boat rental service again.

   Jeremy provided an outstanding level of professionalism and was very accommodating. The quality of the jet skis was exceptional. They were new, well-maintained, reliable, and equipped with all the necessary features to enhance my ride. Each one was in top-notch condition for an optimal riding experience. We had a user error, and Jeremy came all the way out to Lake Lewisville to see if he could fix one of the two. Once he realized he could not, he let us keep the one a little longer to compensate for the lost time, which was not his fault again. Jeremy is a stand-up guy! We will be renting from him again in a couple of weeks. We will also make sure no one uses reverse mode while banked on the shore!!!

   Austin was amazing to work with! Communication was great. Jet ski was as described. Gave us a little lesson at the beginning and was patiently waiting at the ramp when we returned. No waiting! He looked over the jet ski before we left and gave us our deposit back- immediately! Definitely will use him again!
