Our boat rental experience was absolutely phenomenal! Nicholas had everything ready right on time and even launched the boat for us, which made the whole process effortless. The boat itself was in excellent condition and packed with great features—especially the Bluetooth stereo, which we loved. Returning it was just as easy—we simply met Nicholas at the dock, handed over the keys, and that was it. By far the easiest rental we’ve ever had, with a friendly and cost-effective service. Can't say enough positive things about Nicholas and our rental experience. We contacted him at 11a for a same day 1p rental time and he was able to accommodate our scehdule. He was just the kindest host and was in consrant communication if we needed anything. His pontoon boat was brand new with a 115 HP engine. Literally the highest performing pontoon boat we've rented. Sparkling clean with a live well for fishing. He also will drop off at most lakes in Southern California, including Big Bear. Just a great guys with a great boat and the best customer service. This review is long overdue, but we absolutely had an AMAZING time! We cruised around Newport Harbor, made a stop at a bar for drinks and a restroom break, and the whole experience was seamless thanks to our fantastic captain. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even when we brought our dog—and then had two more large dogs join us at the last minute! Despite the extra furry passengers, he handled everything with ease. We’ll definitely be booking with him again!
