Elie's boat was amazing! Everything was just as pictured and described. The captain and staff on board were very accommodating and took us to some amazing islands for relaxation and swimming. Thank you Ellen for helping organize our recent boat day — the experience on the water was beautiful, and we really appreciated the opportunity to get out and enjoy it. That said, I wanted to share some honest feedback. I’ve used your services in the past and remembered there being more generous inclusions, especially when it came to food and drinks. This time, the only lunch food offered was cheeseburgers, and there were little to no drinks provided — including alcohol. You had mentioned we only needed to bring towels and sunscreen, so we were caught off guard and had to purchase alcohol ourselves. Given the cost of the day, we were expecting more to be included, based on our previous experiences. It ended up being an additional and unexpected expense, which was disappointing. You also mentioned that you’d be refunding me for the first mate. Could you let me know how and when I can expect to receive that?
