   Sailing & Snorkeling Day Charter - Fajardo, Puerto Rico

   Great day on the water! Capt Ricardo and First Mate Scott were very professional, right on time, provided a great lunch and very nice too. We had a wonderful time and would go out with them again. The boat was clean, comfortable and in good shape.

   Our experience with Captain Iván and his 1st Mate, Ashley could not have been better. We had a beautiful day at sea aboard his impressive yacht. We ate a delicious lunch prepared by Ashley, snorkeled and hung out with fantastic hosts. Captain Iván shared stories of his sailing adventures and we enjoyed learning about our surroundings. There were sea turtles too! We highly recommend this charter!

   We actually had Capt Bill and Ashley..not knocking the other captains but Bill and Ashley were awesome! We would highly recommend and shouid we come back to PR soon, we will certainly request them. If you’re considering taking a charter, these folks are a class act!

   A great sail to Icacos with no one else in the water during my snorkel which was appreciated by the barracuda and the octopus. Then a relaxed meal cooked on board by the Puerto Rican Bobby Flay 😉 Drinks were perfect too. Time for more swimming or leaving on the pad but we chose to just enjoy the views and sun on the sun back it was mostly wind power slowing even more appreciation of the trip, the wind and waves, and just enough local information. Def the antithesis to big tours or overdone sails

   Sailing & Snorkeling Day Charter - Fajardo, Puerto Rico

   I booked this excursion to celebrate my 25th birthday with a group of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed this charter. From the beginning, Captain Ívan was very gracious and personable. He and his boatmate escorted us to the boat and gave clear instructions on how to maneuver around the catamaran and what all we would encounter. The initial sail out to the island was nice and smooth, we enjoyed the ride and played Heads Up from our mobile device until we reached. Once we arrived, we docked out in the water as opposed to docking near shore (which is optional depending on your party). A large lilly pad, snorkeling gear, and pool noodles were provided to us for safety and comfort out in the water. We were in about 18-20 feet of water and using the snorkeling gear we were able to see lots of fish beneath us. We also had the pleasure of seeing some sea turtles while we were docked as well. We were provided with beers, sangrias, and sodas as we relaxed out in the water. A well prepared lunch was made for us. We really enjoyed the hot meal (grilled chicken, rice, salad) as opposed to prepackaged chicken wraps or sandwiches. On our sail back, we sat on the front of the boat and enjoyed the beautiful views and big waves. Captain Ívan and his boatmate were great hosts. I would definitely book again! Thank you guys for an awesome charter!

   Sailing & Snorkeling Day Charter - Fajardo, Puerto Rico

   We thoroughly enjoyed our private sailing charter trip with Captain Ivan yesterday. Captain Ivan delivers a refined, luxurious and laid-back sailing experience. When we got to the port early, he suggested that we enjoy some drinks at the marina bar, which set the mood with an immersive cultural experience while we waited for the boat. We were greeted by a very friendly, enthusiastic, and laid-back captain, who led us to his beautiful sailing catamaran. It is evident that Captain Ivan takes great pride and cares deeply for his vessel, which features chrome and teak finishes and well-equipped outdoor and indoor seating areas. Almost as soon as we sat down, we were provided with a beautifully presented appetizer plate of cheese and fresh fruit. Though we had the option to play our own music through the boat’s Bluetooth sound system, we were content with the phenomenal island playlist the captain already had going. After thoughtfully asking us about our hopes for our sailing adventure, Captain Ivan skillfully navigated some stormy skies to Piñeros island, making our wish for a white sand beach a reality. Once we arrived, we spent some time lounging on the trampoline net at the front of the boat, where we were brought a second course of appetizers (a charcuterie board). We then enjoyed some snorkeling in the reef near the shore and spent time getting photos on the beautiful beach. First mate Condido made the day a delight and brought the characteristic Puerto Rican hospitality to the entire trip, providing fantastic service of both food and drinks. When we got back from the beach, we found a mixed green salad with Condido’s homemade raspberry vinaigrette waiting for us, while he grilled he amusingly called “chicken of the sea.” As Michelin star-loving foodies, we cannot emphasize enough how incredible this authentically Puerto Rican meal was. It was artfully presented and featured the tastiest grilled chicken we have ever had. We were also impressed at how thoughtfully they accommodated our food allergies. On the return voyage we got an incredible view of the sunset over Fajardo Bay. Though they do offer lovely refreshments and a fun-filled experience, this is not a party boat. If you are looking for a classy, thoughtfully curated, 5-star experience on the beautiful Puerto Rican waters—this is it—and at an incredible value.
