   This boat ride exceeded all expectations! From the moment we stepped on board, the service was exceptional. Sam was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The ride itself was beautiful and well-organized, creating a relaxing and enjoyable vibe the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about giving guests a great experience.    Excellent experience from start to finish. Even before boarding, Jorge was very attentive to our arrival, which made everything smooth and easy. Once on the boat, both Jorge and Daniel had a great attitude—super friendly, attentive to every detail, and always making sure we were having a good time.
