   The day with Hilde and Norbert on Maxie Sailing was complete perfection. From the moment we stepped aboard both hosts were warm and welcoming; we had fresh muffins and sparkling wine before departure. The tour of Spanish Bay was a perfect start and included some local history. We then had a relaxing day at a secluded bay. The food - all prepared by Hilde - was exceptional. Abundant tapas to start followed by pasta salad with shrimp and delicious burgers. I highly recommend spending the day with these two - you won't be disappointed.

   This was a great relaxing experience for our family. We were able to tell from the beginning that Hilde and Norbert love what they do as the service that they provide is excellent!
