Terms and Conditions for Guests on Board the Sea Ray Sundancer 1. Liability and Safety: - All passengers must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. - Life jackets are recommended, especially for children and individuals who cannot swim. - The captain reserves the right to end the trip if passenger behavior compromises safety. 2. Conduct On Board: - The consumption of illegal substances or excessive alcohol is prohibited. - Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. - Please take care of the yacht’s furniture and equipment. Any damage caused by negligence will be the client’s responsibility. 3. Safety Rules: - Jumping off the yacht while it is moving or without the captain’s permission is prohibited. - Passengers must stay in designated areas during navigation. 4. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. - In case of bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control, a reschedule or refund will be offered. 5. Client Responsibility: - Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss or damage. - Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the trip without a refund. 6. Cleaning Policy: - Passengers are expected to keep the yacht clean. Any additional cleaning required due to negligence or inappropriate behavior will be charged to the client.
