Weather Policy: Miami’s tropical weather can change quickly — sunshine one minute and a light shower the next! Because of that, sometimes we may need to adjust our route to make sure you have the best and safest experience possible. For example, we might head north instead of south depending on the weather that day. Forecasts here can be a little dramatic, so we only make weather-related changes or cancellations if certain conditions are met: 1. Rain: There’s an average 80% or higher chance of rain during your rental time, based on the Google Weather app for Miami Beach. 2. Wind: Winds are 25 mph or stronger during your rental period, based on Google Weather as well. If the weather doesn’t meet those conditions, we’ll usually still go out — or we can chat and agree on what feels best for everyone. Once we’ve started the trip, refunds or reschedules aren’t available unless we discussed it ahead of time. Late Arrival Policy: We totally understand that things can run behind schedule, but please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full experience. If guests are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to cancel the charter without a refund since we have other trips booked throughout the day. This is never our goal — we just want to make sure every group gets the best service possible. If you let us know and we can work something out, we’re always happy to adjust and keep the fun going! Other Things to Know: • Tips: Gratuity isn’t included but always appreciated if you feel the crew went above and beyond! • Jet Ski License: Drivers born after 1987 must complete a quick temporary boating license (cost: $12.99). Passengers don’t need one. Minimum age to drive is 16, with a parent or guardian present. • Bridge Delays: Please note that the Tamiami Bridge opens about every 30 minutes, which can occasionally cause short delays. Arriving late may reduce your time on the water. • Dock Fee $100.
