To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies before confirming your booking: Weather Policy - Safety is our top priority. If severe or unsafe weather is expected (e.g., storms, high winds), the charter may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion. - Light rain or cloudy skies are not valid reasons for cancellation unless deemed unsafe by the captain. Late Arrivals & No-Shows - Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. - Late arrivals may result in reduced time on the water without refund. - No-shows will be charged in full in accordance with GetMyBoat’s cancellation terms. Safety Guidelines - The captain has full authority over the vessel and passenger safety. - All guests must follow crew instructions. - Life jackets are provided for all guests and required for children under 12. - Maximum capacity for overnight charters is 6 guests—strictly enforced for safety and comfort. Onboard Rules - No pets allowed on board. - No smoking inside enclosed spaces. - No illegal substances permitted. - Alcohol is allowed in moderation; excessive intoxication may result in early termination of the charter without refund. - Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused to the vessel or its equipment. Fuel & Costs - Fuel is not included in the charter price and will be charged separately based on usage. - A detailed fuel cost breakdown will be provided at the end of the trip. Booking & Cancellation - GetMyBoat’s cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) applies depending on what you selected at booking. - We recommend choosing the Moderate or Strict policy for best protection. - Late cancellations not covered by weather-related concerns will be non-refundable.
