Though we want every guest to totally enjoy their experience on our 5 star floating hotel, these are some of the policies. 1. No smoking anywhere on the boat unless a pre-authorized place to smoke is determined before the charter 2. No animals of any kind unless pre-authorized before the charter 3. If guests are late, no time will be added to the time the charter is scheduled for. 4. No red wine unless pre-authorized before the charter. RED WINE PERMANENTLY STAINS most carpet and furniture 5. Damage to any part of the boat caused by a guest will be billed directly to the charterer who's name is on the agreement. 6. Because weather in Florida and the Bahamas changes so quickly, charters will not be cancelled unless the captain feels its unsafe to go out
