- Weather Policy: Charters proceed rain or shine. In the event of unsafe weather conditions (as determined by the captain), we will reschedule your booking at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued for weather unless deemed unsafe to operate. - Cancellations & Rescheduling: Bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled departure. Cancellations made outside of this window may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability. - Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Charter time begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of arrival. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded or extended. - Safety Requirements: The captain has full authority to ensure the safety of all guests and the vessel. All guests must follow crew instructions at all times. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the trip without refund. - Guest Limits: All charters comply with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and are limited to a maximum of 13 guests unless otherwise specified. - Boat Rules: No illegal substances, red wine (unless approved), or smoking inside the vessel. Shoes are required to be removed onboard the vessel. - Captain & Crew: Captain and crew fees are required and must be paid prior to or at the time of boarding unless otherwise arranged.
