These Renter Terms & Conditions apply to all renters, operators, and passengers of Jet Skis, WaveRunners, PWCs, boats, trailers, vehicles, and any other rental equipment provided by the company Use Of Jet Skis, Waverunners, Pwcs, Boats, Off-road Vehicles, And Other Recreational Equipment Is Inherently Dangerous. By Booking, Renting, Operating, Or Riding On Rental Equipment, You Accept Full Responsibility And Assume All Risks. Renter agrees to use all rental equipment safely, responsibly, and legally at all times. Rental equipment may not be used for racing, stunts, tricks, illegal activity, contests, exhibitions, towing without permission, commercial use, or carrying more passengers than allowed by the manufacturer or the Company. All operators must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and meet all applicable boating safety certificate, licensing, and legal requirements. No operator may use rental equipment while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, or any substance that may impair judgment, coordination, or reaction time. Jet Skis, WaveRunners, and PWCs must be operated only in approved areas and only under safe weather and water conditions. No beaching of vessels is allowed. PWCs and boats must be properly docked, anchored, or secured when not in use. Renter is responsible for monitoring weather, wind, waves, visibility, storms, lightning, fog, lake conditions, and all other safety concerns. Do not operate rental equipment in unsafe conditions. Navigation must remain within legal and approved waterways. Renter must follow all federal, state, and local boating laws at all times. Life jackets / PFDs are required and must be worn by all riders at all times while operating or riding on any PWC, Jet Ski, WaveRunner, boat, or vessel. Renter is responsible for ensuring all passengers have properly fitting safety equipment and follow all safety instructions. Do not wait until departure time to determine whether safety equipment fits properly. Return Condition Rental equipment must be returned on time, clean, undamaged, properly secured, and with a full tank of fuel unless otherwise stated. Renter is responsible for removing all keys, shutting off the equipment properly, and securing the rental equipment when not in use. For all Jet Skis, WaveRunners, PWCs, boats, and vessels, renter is responsible for returning the vessel without damage to the prop, impeller, wear ring, intake grate, hull, steering system, dock areas, rub rails, seats, controls, or any other mechanical or cosmetic parts. No beaching, grounding, dragging, or operating vessels in shallow water, rocks, sandbars, mud, weeds, docks, ramps, or shorelines is allowed. Jet Skis, WaveRunners, PWCs, and boats must be properly docked, anchored, or secured when not in use. Renter is responsible for any damage caused by beaching, shallow-water operation, sucking up rocks, sand, weeds, ropes, debris, or any other foreign objects into the intake, impeller, prop, or wear ring. No pets are allowed in or on vessels, vehicles, trailers, or rental equipment unless approved in writing by the company. Accidents, Damage & Liability Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, breakdown, accident, injury, grounding, beaching, collision, mechanical failure, or destruction of the rental equipment during the rental period. Any accident, damage, beaching, grounding, collision, tow, mechanical issue, warning light, abnormal noise, loss of power, steering issue, overheating, intake blockage, or unsafe condition must be reported to the company immediately. Renter is responsible for all damage, loss, repairs, towing, recovery, diagnostics, downtime, citations, tickets, impound fees, legal fees, administrative costs, and any other costs connected to the rental. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the prop, impeller, wear ring, intake system, hull, fiberglass, gelcoat, steering, engine, seats, dock rash, and any damage caused by beaching, shallow water, debris, misuse, neglect, or improper operation. The company s not responsible for personal items lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind. Prohibited Modifications Renter may not modify, alter, sticker, paint, advertise on, attach items to, or tamper with any rental equipment without written permission from the company. Late Returns, Fees & Charges A 5-minute grace period may be provided for returns. After the grace period, late fees and additional charges may apply. Pricing Policy - Late return: $100 per hour - Late pickup: Renter waives the right to inspection and/or training. - Tire damage or excessive use: $350 - Minor cosmetic damage, curb rash, or dock rash: $100 per inch - Rental equipment unsafe or unrentable due to renter damage: $100 per day until repaired and rentable. - Non-returned helmets, boots, chest protectors, or Bluetooth speakers: $150 each - Non-returned life jackets, bags, anchors, or gas cans: $100 each - Missing fuel: $10 per gallon Agreement By booking, reserving, operating, or riding on rental equipment, renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Renter Terms & Conditions. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation And Refunds The Company Cancellation policy outlined below is there to protect both Rental Equipment Owners and Renters. Either party may cancel a reservation by canceling in your Dashboard under "Reservations". Reservations canceled 3 days (72 hours) or more prior to the scheduled rental start time will receive a refund of all fees paid less a 5% service fee. Cancellations by Renters or Owners within 3 days (72 hours) of scheduled rental start time (local time) will be subject to fees or loss of all funds paid as described below. Cancellations By Renter If the Renter cancels the reservation after deposit, partial or full payment is made, the following will apply: Renter Cancellations within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled rental start time (local time) will lose all rental fees paid. If a deposit was held it will be released or credited back to your credit card. The owner may choose not to collect any part of rental fees forfeited for a Renter's cancellation within 3 days of rental start time. Should this occur the Renter will be notified, and a 5% service fee will be deducted before any refund. Should the Owner cancel your reservation within 3 days (72 hours) of scheduled rental start time (local time) you may receive a credit toward future rentals or be provided another rental day. Should a cancellation within 3 days (72 hours) of scheduled rental start time (local time).
