DEPARTURE LOCATION: The trip departs from Miami Beach. The exact location will be shared after booking. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: After booking, guests can work with the captain to customize their itinerary, whether it’s exploring Biscayne Bay, enjoying a scenic city tour, or relaxing at a popular swimming spot. Refund Policy: You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 6 days before your trip, for any reason. Weather Cancellation Policy: You are eligible for a 100% refund or the option to reschedule if: 1. There is an 80% or higher chance of rain on the day of your rental, based on the average forecast during your rental period. This is determined using the Miami Beach location on the Google Weather app. 2. Winds are forecasted to be 25 mph or higher on the day of your rental, based on the average forecast during your rental period. This is also determined using the Miami Beach location on the Google Weather app. In any other situation, both parties must agree on a fair resolution.
