- Cancellation Policy:   Cancellations need to be advised by email. The date we receive the message is the one used in calculating any charge. The following charges apply for cancellations: - More than 21 days before the charter date the cancellation fee to be paid is 30% of the total charter fee - Within day 8 to 21 days before the charter date the cancellation fee to be paid is 50% of the total charter fee - Within 7 days of the charter date the cancellation fee to be paid is 100% of the total charter - Remarks   Altering a booking/charter from guest Provided it does not interfere with our schedules there are normally no charges for minor alterations.                                        If the change is major it will be dealt with on basis relating to the circumstances.   - Alter route from Captain or crew on board   According to weather conditions, the program could be amended without prior notice by Captain or tour leader for the best day possible where safety reason always have priority. - Equipment/Engine breakdowns    A modern yacht contains many pieces of machinery and equipment, although the yacht is very well maintained, equipment breakdown can still occur. As long the quality of the charter is not unduly affected in the event of equipment breakdown, (ex. stop for an hour for engine matter, something in the propeller or music equipment failure etc) It’s not consider as discounted/refunds matters. - Insurance   In case of evacuation from the boat to hospital, the cost is not covered by our insurance and need to be taken care of  by each individual. We highly recommend our guest to have their own private travel and accident insurance. For sickness and you need to cancel your charter with short notice: You can visit a doctor and obtain a medical certificate, we will then issue you with a receipt for the payment done of which can be claimed back from the majority of holiday insurance providers depending on your personal agreement with your insurance company
