We can design a multi-day group trip of a lifetime or give you one gorgeous day trip. Because of our love for the Klamath River, it's tributaries and surrounding mountains, we are deeply connected to the ecology, folklore, history and future of the area. Generally, we'll meet around 10:30 am and raft until 3:30. 1/2 DAY TRIPS $75.00 Happy Camp to Wingate Bar. No lunch, but we will have a cooler with ice for your drinks and snacks. 2 - 3 DAY OVERNIGHTERS $165.00/DAY This trip includes all meals from lunch the first day to lunch the last. We average 10-12 miles a day, camping on the river, expedition style, with an extra raft to haul all the great food and your personal gear. 1 1/2 DAY TRIPS $228.00 What a deal for those with a limited schedule! A full day on the river, with camping, lunch and a greatdinner. We'll cook you breakfast in the morning, then raft a few miles to take out. DAY TRIPS Salmon River, Scott River, Clear, Elk, Indian and Methodist Creek: Contact for pricing... Includes lunch as well but is a class 3+4 spring time run. Big rapids, tighter and more technical creeks, rafing through marvelous rock formations. Beautiful Clear Creek; for and absolutly stunning 5 miles of creek boating in one of our small 11 or 12 foot rafts or inflatable kayaks. Creating your own personalized adventure vacation for you and your friends, family or colleagues is simple and easy with the assistance of our dedicated team of adventure professionals. Since no two boaters are alike we are happy to customize your group experience so it is exciting for some and mild for others on the very same trip! We can also help you facilitate you own private trip for workshops, symposiums, reunions, employee team building. River Country offers large group discounts, as well as discounts for physically disabled groups, seniors, youth organizations, scouts and school groups. When to go: We run the Klamath and it's tributaries from March through October. Spring time flows can be from 10-15,000 cfs...definately a "PADDLE FORWARD!!" kind of ride. In the Summer as the river drops, the rapids become more technical requiring precise maneuvering but there is more time to relax, float in your life jacket between rapids and enjoy the scenery. The river is absolutely beautiful in Autumn, with fall colors you wouldn’t believe; we’d have the river to ourselves! All of our guides are trained in whitewater safety, CPR and first aid. The gear we use is the most current and up-to-date to ensure a safe, and of course, fun adventure. We run oar boats, paddle boats, and have inflatable kayaks for the more adventurous.

Come explore the wild and scenic Klamath River and backcountry with us. An amazing river filled with abundant wildlife, great rapids and serene canyons. River Country Rafting can take your family and friends on a 1/2 day river trip up to a full 3 day expedition. Or have a guided hike in the untouched backcountry of the Klamath area mountains. River Country Rafting/Klamath River and Mountain Guide Service is a small, custom, personal outfitting service. We have been operating from the banks of the Klamath River since 1985. We have extensive knowledge of the river ecology, local history, wildlife, Native American culture and folklore. We’ve kept our company small so we can personally guide you down the river, that way we can share our knowledge as well as hear stories from each of our new guests. A lot of our clients come back year after year, becoming more like family and close friends. All of our guides are trained in whitewater safety, CPR and first aid. They love and respect the Klamath as much as we do. River Country can't emphisis safety enough and that includes our gear, which the most current and up to date and checked before and after each trip. We run oar boats, paddle boats, and have inflatable kayaks for the more adventurous.
