A Sustainable Floating Island on the Bay

- Weather. The Owner is not responsible for adverse weather conditions during the Charter Period.  However, in the event of the issuance of a tropical storm or hurricane watch for Miami-Dade County, Florida, the Charterer must return the Vessel to Owner at the Delivery Location immediately, this Charter will be terminated, and any pre-paid Charter Fee will be prorated.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Charterer and Owner may agree to continue their obligations under this Charter once any tropical storm or hurricane watch for Miami-Dade County, Florida is lifted.  - Captained Charter: The vessel is available exclusively with a professional captain, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all aboard. No drugs, narcotics or weapons shall be used or brought on board; No smoking, No candles, torches, fireworks or any other open flame; No balloons, confetti, or glitter; No pets; No jet skis or any other motorized water toys. - Fuel Policy. Fuel will be paid by you as the Charterer. You have the option of returning the boat at the same fuel level (in gallons), or having us fill it for you after the charter ($6/gallon standard Miami fuel rate). - Security Deposit. A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before departure to cover any incidental damages. This hold is released 48 hours after the trip concludes, provided no claims are made.
