Driver Requirements: Renter must be 21+ years old with a valid government-issued ID. Boating experience preferred. Safety Gear: Life jackets worn by all passengers under 13 years old. Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather, we offer full rescheduling or refunds. Light rain or overcast conditions do not qualify for cancellation. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After that, time will be deducted from your rental. No-shows forfeit the booking with no refund. Fuel Policy: Rental includes a full tank of fuel. Additional usage may be billed at the end of the rental. Cleanliness: Please return the boat in a clean condition. Excessive messes may result in a cleaning fee. Alcohol: Responsible alcohol use is allowed for passengers only. The driver must remain sober. Damage Responsibility: Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental. A pre-trip inspection will be conducted.
