Boat Rules You’ll be cruising on someone’s private boat, so please treat it with care and respect. Boarding Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure Matching photo ID is required at check-in. Renter is required to verify their identity prior to boarding. Additional rules Your Captain will go over safety and rules at boarding. Please listen to your Captain at all times. SECURITY DEPOSIT A hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete if no claims are made. CANCELLATION POLICY Before you book, make sure you're comfortable with this Owner’s cancellation policy. Cancellation The Booking fee is non-refundable immediately after payment is made, regardless of departure date. Free cancellations until 15 days before the departure date. The Booking fee is non-refundable. 50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 5-15 days before the departure date. The Booking fee is non-refundable. Booking charges for cancellations within 5 days of the departure date are non-refundable. The Booking fee is non-refundable. Note: all cancellations must be made in writing through your booking agent.
