FULL REFUND ELIGIBILITY: Cancel your reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled date to receive a full refund, no questions asked. If, on the day of your booking, there’s an 80% or higher chance of rain in the Miami Beach area during your rental period (as per reliable weather sources), you are eligible for a full refund. WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS: Miami’s weather can be unpredictable. We monitor conditions closely to ensure your safety and enjoyment. In cases of severe weather advisories, such as small craft advisories or winds exceeding 25 mph, we may need to reschedule or cancel trips. In such events, you will be offered options to reschedule or receive a full refund. RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to arrive at the designated departure point without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the reservation and any payments made.
