Weather: Charters may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions at the captain's discretion. Arrival: Please arrive 15 min before your schedule departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time. No- shows are non- refundable. Safety: The captain's instructions must be followed at all times. Safety is our top priority. Boat Rules: Smoking is only permitted on the bow of the yacht. Smoking is not allowed inside the yacht or on any brown flooring or deck surfaces. as they can be permanently damaged by burns. Please do not flush paper or any other items down the toilet. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the charter.
