Bad weather? We will reschedule your boating adventure for a later date good for 60 days. Running late arriving or coming back? $100 per 30 mins. All damages occurred by you is subject to loss of deposit and/or additional liability cost for all repairs, insurance deductibles, missing or loss items and towing. Sandbar beaching or beaching boat on rocks, rough sands will damage under hull in which you will be liable for repairs. Follow all boating laws and regulations. You are responsible for any and all legal matters relating to any events that involves law enforcements. MUST FILL OUT Waivers completely, along with providing verification of driver’s license for age verification or boating certification or Captain’s license 24hrs before boarding.
