Guided and Self Guided Paddle To The Pub Adventure!

Grab your friends and head out for a paddle with a twist. Whizz or glide along the scenic canal spots through Barrow-On-Soar, Quorn, and Mountsorrel, stop off at one of the riverside pubs for a refreshing drink on ice and your weekly quota of fried halloumi, before taking a chilled meander back to base. Enjoy a day out cruising between our favourite spots along the River Soar on a Kayak or Paddleboard. Starting Point: Proctors Park From the starting point at Proctors park, you’ll have a few options on the day. The closest riverside pub is The moorings only 5-10 minutes from the start, the next is the navigation which is a short 20-25 minutes paddle and the final choice is the Waterside Inn which is 1 hour 30-minute paddle from Proctors park. Once the trip is confirmed we will send over all the paddle timings to help you book the right pub for you and the style of experience you desire.   Please note: We strongly discourage alcohol while on our experiences.
