Cancellation Policy 1 Weather Cancellations: If we cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no additional cost. 2 Customer Cancellations: - More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee - 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund - Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund 3 No-Show: Failure to appear for your scheduled tour without prior cancellation will result in full forfeiture of payment. Tour Modifications We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries or schedules for safety, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or full refund. Participant Requirements 1 Age: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 2 Health: Participants must be in reasonable physical condition.
