Rental Terms & Policies * **Weather & Safety** If weather conditions (storms, high winds, lightning) make boating unsafe, we’ll notify you ASAP and offer a free reschedule to another available date—no refunds. Our captain has final authority to cancel or return to shore if conditions change mid-trip—for your safety and crew safety—without offering a refund (rescheduling only). * **Late Arrivals & No-Shows** Please arrive 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and safety briefing. If you’re more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation is canceled, and no refund or reschedule will be given. * **Safety & Boat Rules** Liability Waiver: All guests must sign our standard liability waiver before boarding, acknowledging risks and releasing the owner/captain from liability for any injuries or losses. Life Jackets & Instructions: Life jackets are provided and must be worn when instructed. Always follow the captain’s directions—he’s there to keep everyone safe. Capacity Limit: Maximum of 8 passengers. Do not exceed this limit. Prohibited Activities: No diving off the boat’s bow or stern, no horseplay near the engine area, and no standing while the vessel is moving. * **Included & Extra Charges** Included: Captain, fuel, ice, bottled water, flotation toys, and Bluetooth sound system. Overtime: If you exceed your booked time by more than 15 minutes, an extra hour will be charged! Damages: Any damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the renter at cost. * **Alcohol & Liability** You may bring alcohol; please consume responsibly. The captain can refuse service to anyone he deems unsafe. Any damage or injury caused by intoxicated behavior is renter’s responsibility. Renters must be 21+ to book. Respectful Use Treat the Sea-Doo Switch as if it were your own—no unnecessary bumps against docks or sandbars. If you leave trash or personal items behind, a $50 cleaning fee applies.
