Welcome I’m so excited to have you come aboard! Here are a couple of important policies that I have! Arrival time: Guest must show up on time before departure. No shows: If guests does not show up and hasn’t contacted me, 100% of the booking free will be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will be charge 50% of the booking fee. No refunds for the same-day cancellations or no-shows unless due to extreme weather. A mandatory safety briefing will be given before departure. Life jackets are required for all children and non-swimmers available for all guests. No boarding onto the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs. But feel free to bring alcohol on boat to have a great time! Obey all captains instructions while onboard. Any dangerous behavior may result in the trip being short with no refund.
