- Cancellations: Full refund available up to 5 days before reservation. No refunds within 5 days. In the case of unsafe boating weather, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time - Arrival: Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure to allow time for boarding and the safety briefing. During summer holidays, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early. Late arrivals will not extend or adjust your reserved charter time. - Waivers: All guests must sign a liability waiver at boarding. - Food & Drinks: We provide bottled waters, ice, and disposable plates/cups/utensils. You may bring your own food and drinks, except red wine. - Prohibited: Smoking, pets, red wine, illegal drugs (including marijuana) are strictly prohibited onboard. Excessive intoxication, disorderly conduct, or alcohol consumption by guests under 21 will result in early termination of rental. - Rental Agreement: Must be reviewed and signed electronically prior to arrival. - Marina Rules: All guests must adhere to any additional rules set forth by the marina. No loud music or group gathering on docks or resort property. Guests must depart the marina promptly after charter. By boarding, you agree to follow all rules and any additional instructions from the captain. Violations may result in early termination of the charter.
