Hotel Presidente Beach: Located in front of the iconic hotel, ideal for enjoying the scenery. Barco Hundido: Explore a submerged ship's hull; recommended for those with swimming experience, due to strong currents. On Isla Mujeres: Garrafon Beach: Privileged views and the perfect spot for families. South Beach: The furthest point from Cancun, ideal for those seeking tranquility. North Beach: With international Blue Flag certification, it is the most popular stop and a favorite for many boats. All routes offer incredible encounters with marine wildlife, guaranteeing an unforgettable experience. CANCELLATION * If the customer decides not to take the service on the day of departure (no show), no refund is made . * The customer can reschedule 24 hours in advance (if the same yacht is available) if no refund is made. * If customers board the boat and for any reason decide not to take the tour and return to the pier, there will be no refund. * If there is a cancellation for weather reasons on the part of Charters Cancun, the reservation will be changed to a safe sailing date or a 100% refund will be made. Penalties * Customers are asked to be cautious and careful with Charters Cancun boats; any damage caused will be their responsibility and must pay the cost of the damage before disembarking the yacht. * 30 minutes of tolerance are granted for the departure of your yacht, at the 31st minute the rental time begins to run.
