WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY Miami is located in a tropical area of the world and has fast changing weather as well as micro-climates. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out). This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late.
